Who has been offended by "Storm The Hill"? I didn't hear any great outcry by anyone since 4/15/09. The only people who would claim it is offensive are those seeking to stifle dissent and free speech.

The 30% is known as the tax exclusive rate. The effective rate is the tax rate after the prebate.
Mark,
The key point from Sean's example is the dollar amount collected will be the same regardless if you quote the tax inclusive rate(23%) or the tax exclusive rate(30%).

Those same people probably think the Fair Tax qualifies us for Gitmo. I wouldn't worry about it. Keep the name.

Thanks a bunch. That was definitely time well spent. It's time that people are finally starting to realize that the GOP has abandoned their base.
I personally don't see any difference in either of the 2 major parties.
